Community Group Strategies and Plans
Strong community projects create lasting impact. Good planning focuses actions towards meeting outcomes, strengthening local economies, improving the environment, and bringing people together around a shared purpose.
We support community groups, coordinators, and organisations to design and deliver practical, evidence-based projects that move from good ideas to funded, on-the-ground action. Our approach ensures projects are well-scoped, investable, and built on strong partnerships.
Our end-to-end process includes:
Supporting groups with funding applications
Skilled facilitation of group projects
Defining clear project objectives with the community and key stakeholders
Understanding the current context, needs, and opportunities
Identifying high-impact actions that deliver meaningful outcomes
Developing costed, delivery-ready project plans
Identifying and securing funding sources to support implementation
Building partnerships with councils, iwi, industry, and community organisations
Supporting implementation and tracking progress over time
Creating clear, engaging communications to maintain momentum and support
We focus on projects that are practical, fundable, and capable of delivering real change. We specialise in helping groups move through the whole system, confidently moving from planning to delivery.
Digital tools and websites for community groups
Creating practical digital tools and clear, engaging websites is one of the most effective ways to communicate complex information in a way that drives action.
We design and build tailored tools and websites that simplify complexity, improve access to information, and help communities, stakeholders, and funders engage with your work. Our solutions range from simple communication platforms through to fully integrated, data-driven tools and GIS-enabled systems.
Examples of what we deliver include:
Interactive maps and dashboards that bring data to life
Decision support tools
Environmental and catchment planning tools
Custom websites for community groups to share their story, plans, and progress
